Eastpoint is a growing church located in South Portland, Maine and our mission is to make devoted followers of Jesus, who share their faith with others. Consider joining our team who encourages people as they discover and follow Jesus.

We are a dynamic and exciting church that has a heart for Greater Portland. Our mission is to make disciples that share Jesus with others. Not only are we a church that is averaging 2,000 people for our Sunday services, we also function as a free community center that is open to the public seven days a week! With an indoor turf field, basketball court, cafe, and playscape, it is our heartbeat to serve our community, allowing a safe place to get together, and build relationships. The Point Community Center is utilized by neighbors, businesses, schools, and Eastpoint attendees seven days a week. The Point has become a place where people come together for fun, a cup of coffee, or most importantly a conversation about Jesus.

Eastpoint is located in the Greater Portland area which has a population around 230,000 people. Portland is most famous for The Old Port and waterfront district filled with cobblestone streets, 5-star restaurants, lively theaters, concert venues and local sporting venues.

Point Director

The Point Director is a crucial role in the implementation of the vision, mission, and values of The Point Community Center. Working in conjunction with the leadership team of Eastpoint, this person will oversee areas such as the business operations, event leadership, marketing and communication, and team training and development. Through strategic programming and partnerships, this role will ensure that The Point is a gift to the community by providing connection, resourcing, and partnerships that help people experience the love and Gospel of Jesus. Point Administrative Assistant

This administrative role will support The Point Director and overall operations and logistics of the community center. This is an administrative role that will also need someone with the ability to lead volunteer and part-time staff. As the keeper of the front desk, this role will require a hospitality minded person that has the ability to engage people and help create a positive atmosphere at The Point.
